Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)

We are proud to say that our business is HACCP approved and certified.
 HACCP is an internationally recognised Australian Food Safety Accreditation. This food safety system is designed to identify and control hazards that may occur in the food production process. The HACCP approach focuses on preventing potential problems that are critical to food safety known as ‘critical control points’ (CCP) through monitoring and controlling each step of the process.

This system provides an effective control of food safety from ingredients through production, storage and distribution, to sales and service to the final customer.
Being HACCP approved means that our gingerbread is made under strictly controlled hygiene conditions, which means you can be assured that our product will be of the same excellent standard each time.
